Alfred Polo is among the founding members of Foundation for Tomorrow Prosperity, an NGO that is dedicated in changing students’ lives by restoring hope and encouraging positive behavioural changes.
He is currently serving as the Director and has gone ahead to promote leadership and discipline skills amongst the students in numerous occasions and has come up with a school based program where he has to visit students for an inspirational talk at least every year with the assistance of a number of stakeholders.
Maurice Okello is one of the founding fathers of Alfred Polo Foundation and has been serving also as the Deputy Director of since its inception. He has been working on school visitation programmes that has seen the Foundation visit numerous schools to encourage students and their peers to nurture a culture of discipline and leadership skills.
Maurice strongly believes in a 3-E tier strategy which stands for Education, Environment and Entrepreneurship as the most dynamic pillars for molding students into responsible citizens that can enable the country realize it’s economic and development potential.
Dennis Wahome has been the foundation’s Liaison Officer since 2013. His work involves mostly a technical and communication role; additionally he is actively involved in the foundation’s youth projects.
Dennis believes in a strongly molded and empowered youth as a strong pillar to nation building and economic growth.
Sunday Ochieng is the foundation’s Finance and Administration officer. He is in charge of managing the foundation’s expenditures and ensuring compliance with all necessary government regulations.
Sunday is actively involved in public speaking especially on youth forums where he is able to offer vast knowledge and skills to the youth.
Caren Nada Jaguga is the Legal Advisor to Alfred Polo Foundation. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) at Moi University. She is currently the Legal Manager at Kenya Data Networks.
Caren’s passion is working towards nurturing discipline and leadership skills amongst young people, and encouraging young people to exploit their talents such as sports activities, as a means of earning income besides their academic qualification.
Victor Kabongo is a board member to Alfred Polo Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness and Management from Egerton University. He has over seven years of work experience in various organizations. He is also an upcoming entrepreneur and business person.
Victor has been involved in working with communities in capacity development and community empowerment. He has severally been involved in extension work and small scale farmer training activities.
